The Services are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, use, or share Personal Information from children under 13. The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age. If a parent or legal guardian learns that their child provided us with Personal Information without consent, please contact us and we will make commercially reasonable attempts to delete such Personal Information.

We retain Personal Information as follows:

• Order and payment records (customer email, name, purchase details): 7 years for tax and dispute purposes
• Redeemed or expired promotional codes: 3 years
• Marketing email preferences: until the customer unsubscribes
• Security data (IP addresses and logs): 90 days or less

We do not store credit card data; payments are processed entirely by our third-party payment processor. Customer deletion requests are honored within 45 days, except for records we are legally required to retain for tax, fraud, or other legal purposes.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. Even if you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications related to your account or transactions. You may control cookies through your browser or device settings, any cookie preference tools we make available, and recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), where required by law.

We do not currently employ a process for automatically responding to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals sent by web browsers, mobile devices, or other mechanisms.
